Reservation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
95% refundable for cancellations made 60 days or more before the check-in date.
50% refundable for cancellations made 40 to 59 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 39 days from the check-in date or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
Guest Name Change Policy:
A name change of the registered guest can be made up to 40 days before the check-in date.
