95% refundable for cancellations made 60 days or more before the check-in date.
50% refundable for cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 29 days from the check-in date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
Guest Name Change Policy:
A name change of the registered guest can be made up to 15 days before the check-in date. There will be a $30 charge per name change.
